Monday. Due in the bureau in a little bit. No breakfast as no milk. Might have cereal as a late night snack as a result.
so far: 3 glasses cranberry and raspberry squash
two rounds of chicken sandwiches on wholemeal bread with sunflower spread.
I had two glasses of water in the bureau and I've had two pints of water since I got home about three hours ago. No snacks despite wanting them so I'm making tiny bits of progress. Oh and I went to the supermarket on the way home, only bought what was on the list and it was all healthy stuff.
Tea about to be done (it's just under the grill): wholemeal pitta with tomato puree, mozzarella, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms and chicken. I call it pitta pizza - it doesn't quite make up for pizza but it's yummy as and I really like it. Can't wait. I've got diet lemonade to have with that.
Had some more diet lemonade to take my meds and as one is with or after food I had 4 rich tea biscuits too. I really am trying to get into the habit of meds with meals so I snack if I choose not because I have to. But it's not easy. I'm just about to go to bed and I'll have some water before I do.
I did a tiny tiny bit of walking early and I did some weights too.
All in all I am pleased with today!
