Rice Krispies with Semi Skimmed milk and a glass of orange juice to start this day! I'd rather be back in bed...

Tuesday morning update

I had some water and a glass of squash and two rounds of corned beef sandwiches for lunch.

Multiple glasses of water, some more juice and I think another 3 glasses of squash spaced through out the day/evening.

And new potatoes, sausages and spaghetti for tea.

No exercise but also, no snacks!

And I took my supplements as well as my meds.
